I was so surprised when my boys requested me to make them BATU SEREMBAN.. what!! boys ada ke main tu?? heheh... YES umi... in fact the boys are champion in their class... mengalahkan budak perempuan... really??!! waaaa... zaman sekarang ya..

last raya i managed to finish 4 tulip pouch bag for my 4 sweet nieces... ( 2 of them from my side and the other 2 from my husband's side)... suka bila tengok orang suka....

Too excited to post the outcome...
 its with side pockets for both side, two cargo pockets with velcro closure and convertible using velcro..

it should be ok for first trial... but i m not too happy with my cargo pockets... i need to be more "teliti" on the structure of the pockets.. and i should hide the seam allowance inside ( tapi x perasan sangat, kan??) and next time i need to cut longer velcro for the convertible strap... can't wait to cut 2 more cargo pants for my other 2 boys...  

but in overall... ok la...

Remember i bought a fabric last week with camouflage pattern.? i intended to make a pyjamas for my boys... but what the hack.. make a cargo pants with side pockets...!!
So as usual... i google.. and i found these tutorial...

I know i couldnt make it to her party... but i know that my gift can be there even i m not...

I am not a member .. howver, every year.. raya time  my neighbourhood will make a deal to go one by one to muslim's house around the "taman"... so its my "lorong"'s turn... since its so many houses to cover in a night.. we only need to give goodies ( not compulsory) , a titbits and angpows for the guests....
so, my husband not so much of candies... and i think it (CANDY)will be a usual items when comes to goodies... so again... FANCY COOKIES...!!!! this time around i tried a different technique following this blog..


then i wrapped them in a plastic in twos...





emmm at the end of the gathering....

yesterday i bought a few from bakery for my boys... this morning came across MASAM MANIS blog with the simple step-by step.. so i tried this afternoon... one of my boys said "it's better than yesterday.."

noticed the dented box?? they were victim to my daughter's kindness....

Trifle for my guests to our house.. since my husband in charge of main course ( nasi ayam gemas and handmade burgers).. so i made these...

but with different shape and different pouch!!

This must be good.... IT IS good and delicious and easy and yummy too!!!... It has been my sons favourite cake for this raya...

so easy with no fussy ingredients... i even da hafal da bahan without looking at the recipe da.. hehehe

i got the recipe from my cousin who got from her cousin who got from the internet... so sharing sharing la kira kan...

bAHAN BAHAN  dan cara NYE...
1 cawan gula
1 biji telur
              ---> putar sampai kembang
1 cawan minyak masak
1 cawan susu pekat
1 sudu besar nescafe
              --> kasi putar lagi...sementara tu ayak
2 cawan tepung
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 cawan serbuk koko
              --> campur sikit2.. pastu campur
1 cawan air panas..

semenatara kacau kacau tadi.. periuk kukusan da siap panas da tau.. acuan pun da siap di alas kertas minyak..

pastu letak atas kukusan.. ( jangan lupa tutup ngan kain tutup kukusan) kukus 1 jam..

da siap tunggu sejuk baru cairkan coklat cooking + butter sikit.. curah atas kek.. hias sepuasnya..
